Implementing custom AS3 class Load File

I made a custom Load SWF class. It’s kept adjacent to the Main.as and requires vary little code to implement.
The class contains the event listeners and handlers for begin, progress, complete, and destroy. Thus, lessing the amount of code I need to write each time I need it.
Here it is in ActionScript 3.0
package {
import LoadFile;
import flash.display.Sprite;
import flash.display.Loader;

public class Main extends Sprite {

private static const SWF_URL: String = "SWFFile.swf";

private var loadfile:LoadFile;
private var loadee:MovieClip;

public function Main() {
loadfile = new LoadFile(SWF_URL);
addChild(loadfile.shell);
loadee = MovieClip(loadfile.shell);

}
}
}
